2018 Cotillion Application Deadline

December 1, 2017

The deadline for applications and transcripts for the 2018 Scholarship Cotillion is Friday, December 1, 2017!

ALL components of your application (application, transcripts and application fee) must be postmarked with a date no greater than December 1.  

There are 3 options for students to use to submit their APPLICATION FORM:

  1. US POSTAL SERVICE.  If you mail your application, it must mailed to PO Box 489, Neptune, NJ 07754 and must be postmarked with a date no later than December 1, 2017.   
  2. HAND DELIVERY.  If you hand-deliver your application, you may deliver it to Mrs. Pauline Smith at 530 Ridge Road in Fair Haven, NJ  07704 no later than midnight December 1, 2017.  You may call Mrs. Smith directly at (732) 241-3210 to arrange your delivery time.   
  3. EMAIL.  If you email your application, email it to mcccigc@gmail.com.  The email’s delivery date must be no later than December 1, 2017.  

There are 3 options for students to use to submit their $25 APPLICATION FEE:

  1. US POSTAL SERVICE.  Your $25 MONEY ORDER can be mailed to PO Box 489, Neptune, NJ 07754 and must be postmarked no later than December 1.   
  2. HAND DELIVERY.  You may hand-deliver your $25 MONEY ORDER for the application fee to Mrs. Pauline Smith at 530 Ridge Road in Fair Haven, NJ  07704 by midnight Dcember 1, 2017 to be considered.  Call Mrs. Smith directly at (732) 241-3210 to arrange your delivery time
  3. PAY BY CREDIT CARD.   You may pay by credit card online at www.monmouthcountycotillion.org and click the ‘2018 Students’ button.  

There are 3 options for GUIDANCE OFFICIALS to use to submit OFFICIAL STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS:

  1. US POSTAL SERVICE.  Guidance Officials my mail official student transcripts with raised seal MCCCI at PO Box 489, Neptune, NJ 07754 postmarked with a date no later than December 1, 2017.   
  2. HAND DELIVERY.  Guidance Officials may hand-deliver student transcripts to Mrs. Pauline Smith at 530 Ridge Road in Fair Haven, NJ  07704 no later than midnight December 1, 2017.  Guidance Officials should call Mrs. Smith directly at (732) 241-3210 to arrange your delivery time.   
  3. EMAIL.  Guidance Officials may email student transcripts to mcccigc@gmail.com.  The transcript must be official with a seal and the email’s delivery date can be no later than December 1, 2017.  

Note that with each delivery option, you may pay your application fee online by credit card at  OR you may pay by phone using your credit card by calling (732) 361-4964.

No exceptions can be made to the December 1, 2017 deadline date so call us if you have any questions or need assistance.
